We absolutely LOVE our quality home built by SDP, Inc.!  Stephen Pack, of SDP, Inc., came highly recommended to us by our realtor.  From the first meeting we had with him we knew he was the builder for us!  It didn’t take long for us to learn that Stephen is a perfectionist and takes so much pride in the quality of work he provides.  Stephen has a very easy going personality and was such a pleasure to work with.  He helped us greatly by suggesting modifications to our plan that would accommodate our lifestyle better.   He also was open to any changes that we wanted to make.  Now what builder would care that much to make sure we would be completely happy with our home?  The care, patience, and pride he took in building our home was as if he was building the home for himself! 

Stephen is not just a builder, he is a structural engineer.  He didn’t just do what he needed to get by, as other builders I’ve known do.  He did it the right way resulting in our getting a very high quality, structurally sound home.  What a difference it makes to have such a wonderful builder as Stephen.  He took what could have been a very hard and tiring process for us and made it fun.  We enjoyed every step of the building process.  Imagine that!!
